Staying at this hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, although in a basement and a bit loud, were side by side and featured a jacuzzi tub. The service was outstanding, especially for our special celebration. The location was great but somewhat distant from downtown, with limited parking options. The dining experience exceeded expectations with a variety of homemade products. Overall, a memorable stay with some room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of experiences. The rooms, while private and comfortable, had a strong musty smell that was a bit uncomfortable. On the bright side, the room was luxurious and spacious, featuring a super cozy king size bed and great in-room amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and top-notch TV and WiFi reception. The oversize jacuzzi spa tub was a wonderful addition. The service was friendly and helpful, but there was a small hiccup with the housekeeping mixing up our beds. The location was truly stunning, close to all Eureka attractions and beautifully lit up during Christmas, although accessibility for handicap individuals could be better. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with limited but tasty options and an unfortunate timing issue. In terms of facilities, the hotel offers decent amenities overall.
